Everything centers on a single contact record. It starts as a lead, becomes a prospect, then a client, then drives projects and invoices. The record never moves or duplicates — every module reads and writes the same record, so nothing falls out of sync.
Make it yours
Almost everything is configurable: field names, the words for "Contact" and "Deal", pipeline stages, layouts, and automations. PULSE ships with sensible defaults and lets you override them in Settings.
