Compose & reply
Compose email from the Email page or any contact or deal, to anyone in your workspace — the To field autocompletes your contacts. The editor is full rich text with formatting, images, merge fields, templates, and attachments. Open any message to read the whole thread and reply inline, with the original quoted.
Your inbox & replies
The Email page has an inbox of received mail. If you connect your own Gmail, your 1:1 email sends as you and replies to those threads come back into PULSE automatically — without PULSE ever reading the rest of your inbox. Use Sync to pull new replies on demand. Emails and their replies also open right from a contact or deal timeline.
Your signature
Set a personal signature in Settings → Personal → Email — paste your existing Gmail or Outlook signature and its images and social links are kept and re-hosted so they render for recipients. Add an optional compliance statement, and choose which mailbox you send from. Admins can define a company signature once that every member adopts with their own name, title, and contact details filled in.
Sequences
Build a multi-step cadence with delays between steps. Enroll a contact and PULSE sends each step on schedule, stopping automatically on reply or when consent is withdrawn.
Compliance
Marketing email includes an unsubscribe footer and honors suppression and consent settings, in line with CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
