Who is still outstanding
Open a questionnaire and choose View results. The recipient list shows every person it went to and where they got to, sorted for chasing rather than alphabetically: opened-and-stopped comes first, because that person is interested and stuck, then in-progress, then never-opened. Undeliverable addresses sit apart, since they need fixing rather than nudging.
Read one response in full
Open any response to read it the way it was answered — every question in order with its answer, including the ones routing skipped, so you can see what was asked as well as what was said. Uploaded files are attached to the response and open from there.
Export the answers
Responses export as CSV for a spreadsheet, or JSON if something downstream is going to read them. Both are built by the same formatter the on-screen reader uses, so a file can never say something different from the page. This matters when the answers are the source for a document you are writing from them.
Compare people on the same question
The comparison view puts one question across the top and everyone's answer beneath it. Some questions are deliberately asked of more than one person — how something is tracked, asked of operations and again of the business side — and a disagreement between two stakeholders is usually the most valuable thing in the whole round. Read one response at a time and that contradiction is invisible.
What comparison will and will not decide for you
For choice questions it says plainly when respondents did not agree, because that much is decidable. It does not try to judge whether two paragraphs of prose contradict each other — it puts them next to each other and leaves that to you. A tool that quietly gets that wrong is worse than one that hands you both paragraphs.
Summarize what people wrote
On the results page, the “What people wrote” card uses AI to group the written answers into themes, with how many respondents raised each and their exact words. See Survey summaries under AI assist.
Scores and charts
NPS, CSAT and CES questionnaires score themselves, and choice questions chart their distribution. Section headings are skipped by both, since they carry no answer.
