Where to find it
Open a survey’s results. The “What people wrote” card sits between the charts and the recipient list; click Summarize responses.
What you get
- A short overview of what people said.
- Up to eight themes, each with how many respondents raised it — for example 7 of 23 — and a bar.
- Up to three quotes per theme, each linking to that person’s full response.
Why you can rely on the numbers
People are sent to the AI as numbers, never by name. The AI says which respondents raised each theme and PULSE counts them itself. A quote is shown only if it appears word for word in that person’s answers — if the AI paraphrased, the quote is dropped. The AI can misjudge a theme; it cannot invent a quote or a count.
What it reads
Written answers only: free-text answers, what people typed into an “Other” box, and their explanations. Choice questions already have their charts. It reads the most recent 200 responses and says on the card when older ones were left out. It never changes a response and nothing is saved.
