My Day

What you personally owe today, without reading every board.

My Day is the page to open first. It answers one question — what needs me today? — from your own open tasks and follow-ups, so you are not scanning every project board to find the three things that are actually yours.

Your work, bucketed by when

Open tasks assigned to you are grouped by due date: overdue, due today, due this week, later, and no date set. Overdue leads because it should. Anything you have already finished today is shown too, so the page reflects a real day's work rather than only what is left.

Follow-ups count as work

Activities you logged with a due date — a call to make, a meeting to arrange — appear alongside the tasks. They are commitments to a person, which is exactly the kind that quietly slips when only the task board gets looked at.

The numbers are always real

Every count on this page is a count of actual records. When you have nothing outstanding it says so plainly rather than inventing a figure to fill the space — an empty day is information, not a broken page.

Working from it

Tasks can be completed, reassigned, or given a due date without leaving the page, and each one links to the record it belongs to when you need the context behind it.
