Where to find it
Open an email someone sent you — from the Email page or a contact or deal timeline. When the other person wrote last, “Suggest a reply” sits next to Reply. It opens the reply box and drafts straight away. Inside an ordinary Reply, the AI button above the editor does the same.
What it writes from
- The whole thread.
- The contact, their company, their open deal and its stage.
- Their last few shared activities — never private notes.
- Your workspace’s guidance (Settings → AI).
Tone, redrafting and gaps
Pick Friendly, Formal or Brief beside the AI button and click Redraft for another version. If a good answer needs something the AI was not given — a meeting link, a price, your availability — it leaves a clearly marked placeholder and a yellow note above the draft says what it needed. Adding your meeting link to the guidance fixes that for next time.
Sending
Nothing is sent until you click Send, through the same reply as always, from your connected mailbox or the workspace address. Rate the draft with the thumbs; PULSE also notes whether you sent it as written or edited it first.
