Where to find it
On a contact, “Prepare for a meeting” sits under the action buttons. On a deal, it is in the Recommended next steps panel. The brief is written when you click, is read-only, and is not saved.
What the AI writes
In a panel labelled as AI: who they are and how you know them, where things stand, a dated history, the open questions — what is unresolved or unknown — and talking points for the meeting. It writes only from your records and says so when something is unknown, rather than guessing.
The facts beside it
Straight from your records, each linking to its page: their deals with stage, value and close date; documents with their latest event (sent, viewed, accepted or signed, with the date); recent emails; and open tasks.
Who it covers
A deal’s brief covers its primary contact and everyone on the buying committee. A contact’s brief covers all of their deals. Private notes are left out. Click Regenerate for a fresh version and rate it with the thumbs.
