Requesting access & what happens next

How to request access to PULSE and what to expect after you submit.

PULSE is currently access-based rather than open self-serve, so getting started begins with a short request. Here's the whole flow from your side.

Request access

  1. Open the Request access page (the "Request access" button in the site header, or the link on the landing page).
  2. Enter your name and work email. Company and a one-line note about what you're looking to do are optional but help us set you up faster.
  3. Submit the form.

You'll get a confirmation

Right after submitting you'll see a "Request received" message on screen, and we'll email you a short confirmation that we've got your request. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder — there's nothing you need to do but wait for us to follow up.

What happens next

Our team reviews each request. Once you're approved, PULSE sets up a workspace for you and emails you a secure sign-in link — you become the owner of that workspace. There's no password to create.

Signing in

PULSE uses magic-link sign-in: click the link in the email and you land straight in your new workspace. The link is single-use and expires after 24 hours — if yours expires, just request a new one from the login page. From there you can invite your team and start setting things up.
