PULSE is currently access-based rather than open self-serve, so getting started begins with a short request. Here's the whole flow from your side.
Request access
- Open the Request access page (the "Request access" button in the site header, or the link on the landing page).
- Enter your name and work email. Company and a one-line note about what you're looking to do are optional but help us set you up faster.
- Submit the form.
You'll get a confirmation
Right after submitting you'll see a "Request received" message on screen, and we'll email you a short confirmation that we've got your request. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder — there's nothing you need to do but wait for us to follow up.
What happens next
Our team reviews each request. Once you're approved, PULSE sets up a workspace for you and emails you a secure sign-in link — you become the owner of that workspace. There's no password to create.
Signing in
PULSE uses magic-link sign-in: click the link in the email and you land straight in your new workspace. The link is single-use and expires after 24 hours — if yours expires, just request a new one from the login page. From there you can invite your team and start setting things up.
