Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs use of the PULSE Services and is incorporated into the Terms. You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

• Use the Services in violation of any law or third-party right.
• Enter false, fraudulent, or misleading records, or impersonate any person or organization.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or malware.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or related systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data except through an authorized interface or your own export.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Services except as permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to unauthorized third parties.
• Enter personal data you lack the rights or lawful basis to provide.
• Use the Services to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messages, or to evade export controls or facilitate an unlawful transaction.

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access. We may remove content that violates this Policy or poses a security or legal risk.
