AI Disclosure and Responsible Use
PULSE uses artificial intelligence to surface insights, assist users, and draft content. We believe in transparency about where and how AI is used, and in keeping a human in control of consequential decisions.
1. Where AI is used
- AI Insights & analytics: AI surfaces risks and opportunities across your pipeline, such as stalled deals, overdue records, and attribution gaps, with the reasoning shown for review.
- Content & email drafting: AI can draft emails, sequences, summaries, and notes, which you review and approve before sending or saving.
- Concierge & assistance: an in-product assistant helps with search, setup, and questions about the platform and your data.
2. Human oversight
AI outputs are suggestions, not decisions. Insights are surfaced for your review, and AI-drafted content is sent or saved only after you approve it. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and the decisions you make.
3. How AI models use your data
We do not use customer account or CRM records to train third-party or publicly shared AI models. Our AI features are powered by Anthropic (Claude) under a commercial agreement that prohibits training its models on our customers' data. Where AI features rely on service providers, they act as sub-processors under contract and may not use your data for their own purposes.
4. Accuracy and limitations
AI can produce incomplete or incorrect results, including in analysis and generated content. Confidence scores and suggestions are indicators, not guarantees. Always verify against authoritative sources and your own judgment.
5. Governance
We design AI features consistent with recognized frameworks for trustworthy AI (such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework) and monitor them for quality and fairness. We will update this disclosure as features evolve. Questions: support@intelalytic.com.
